QR codes for growing churches

One platform for every code in your environment — bulletins, screens, signage and check-in. Point them wherever you need, change them after they are printed, and see exactly what your people are scanning.

No card required. Your first constellation takes about a minute.

Who runs on Constellation

Five of metro Atlanta’s fastest-growing churches

use Constellation every single week — codes in the bulletin, on the seat back and on the screen, all within about a dozen miles of each other.

  • First Baptist Powder Springs≈25 scans/wk
  • Freedom Church≈45 scans/wk
  • North Metro ChurchJust launched
  • NorthStar Church≈160 scans/wk
  • Piedmont Church≈15 scans/wk

And we’re not stopping there

Over the past year we’ve grown beyond the church: 180+ organizations across non-profits, major product brands and creative studios depend on Constellation codes to reach customers and craft experiences.

Impact

Next steps, one scan at a time

Every week, guests move from the seat to the next step through a Constellation code. Added up, those single scans become milestones.

The basics

What is a dynamic QR code?

A normal QR code is a picture of a URL — once it is printed, that URL is fixed forever. A dynamic code points at Constellation instead, and we point it wherever you need. The pattern on the page never has to change again.

Static QR code

Printed once, fixed forever

What every free generator makes. The destination lives inside the pattern, so the only way to change it is to make a new code.

  • The destination is baked into the pattern itself
  • Changing it means a new code — and a reprint
  • No way to know how often it was scanned
Dynamic QR code

Printed once, pointed anywhere

The pattern points at Constellation. You decide where it goes — this week, this service, or five minutes from now.

  • Repoint it any time — the printed code never changes
  • Every scan is counted, timed and attributed
  • One code can serve a different purpose every week
  1. Someone scans

The printed code resolves to your short alias — always the same one.

  2. Constellation answers

We record the scan, then forward to whatever destination is live right now.

  3. You change it whenever

Swap the destination on a schedule, from the booth, or from your phone.

The platform

An easy way to manage every code in your environment

The card in the seat-back does not change. What it points at does — moment by moment, through the service, without anyone touching a printer.

The platform

Everything a printed code should have been able to do

Constellation QR is one control surface for the codes on your bulletins, screens and signage — the design, the destination, the short link and the numbers that come back.

Control panel

Every constellation in your organization in one place — retarget, retire or hand off a code without reprinting anything.

Prebuilt templates

Novas that already carry your brand. Pick one, drop in a destination, ship it.

Real-time analytics

Watch scans land as they happen, across every code you run.

Scan notifications

SMS and push the moment someone scans, with the context attached.

Short aliases

A memorable short link for every constellation, editable any time.

Integrations

Works with the tools you already use

Have it in your production booth? Odds are we already connect to it. Change a destination from the slide, the deck, the run sheet or an agent — every scan still lands in the same analytics.

Templates

It's not QR codes that make a difference — it's how you use them

Prebuilt templates for the things churches actually print: bulletins, giving, check-in, series art, connect cards. Apply your brand once and every template inherits it.

Automation schedules

The same printed code, a different destination on Wednesday

Give a constellation a schedule and it resolves to whichever action is in force at the moment somebody scans it. The bulletin, the banner and the lobby sign stay exactly as printed.

MCP server

Give your agents a QR code they can actually ship

Constellation QR speaks MCP, so the assistant already drafting your run sheet can mint a trackable code, brand it and hand back a short link — without leaving the conversation.

  • Agents create codes programmaticallyExpose Constellation QR as tools your assistant can call — create a constellation, point it at an action, apply a nova, reserve an alias.
  • Agent-created codes are tracked like any otherSame scan analytics, same schedules, same notifications. Nothing an agent makes lands outside your control panel.
  • Scoped credentials per agentIssue each agent its own key, limited to the organization and the actions you choose, and revoke it on its own.

Real-time

Know the second someone scans

Every scan is a signal that a person is standing in your building with their phone out. Constellation QR pushes that signal to the people who can act on it, while they can still act on it.

  • SMS and push, the moment it happens

Alerts land on the phones of the people running the room — no dashboard to sit and watch.

  • Rules per constellation

Choose which codes notify, who they notify, and the thresholds worth interrupting someone for.

  • Scan events over webhooks

Every scan is an event you can post anywhere — Planning Center, a Slack channel, your own service.

Production teams run their Sunday, midweek and campus codes on Constellation QR — and stop reprinting anything.

We print one code in the bulletin and it points somewhere different every Sunday. Nobody on my team touches it after Thursday.
Dana WhitfieldProduction Director, Northgate Church
Connection cards used to be a stack of paper on my desk on Monday. Now the constellation drops people straight into the form.
Marcus ElleryConnections Pastor, Riverstone Community
The schedule flips the destination between the 9am and 11am services on its own. That alone paid for the year.
Priya RaghavanAV Lead, Grace Chapel
I trigger the giving code from my Streamdeck mid-set. It is one button, and it has never once misfired.
Tobias LangWorship Tech, Cedar Hollow Fellowship
Watching scans come in live during the announcement slide changed how we write announcements at all.

We reprinted nothing this year. Every code from last fall is still on a wall somewhere, still pointing at something current.
Elliot VanceOperations Manager, Stonebridge Assembly
The ProPresenter integration means the code lives in the slide, not on a separate lower third we forget to pull.
Aisha BonnerMedia Coordinator, Fieldstone Church
Our volunteers do not need training. They pick a template, the brand is already applied, and it ships.
Grant MirelesCreative Lead, Wildwood Chapel
Text alerts on the first scan of a new code are how I know the print run actually made it to the lobby.

Testimonials

What production teams say after a season on it

Churches run their printed, projected and posted codes through one control panel — and change where they point long after the ink dried.

We used to reprint the lobby signage every time a series changed. Now the same constellation carries the whole fall calendar, and the destination changes on a schedule I set once in August.

The first Sunday we watched scans land live during the announcement slide, we rewrote the announcement. You cannot un-know what the analytics show you.

Our codes live inside the ProPresenter slides, and the destination flips from giving to next-steps between services without anyone in the booth touching a laptop.

Twelve campuses used to mean twelve spreadsheets of short links. One control panel replaced all of it, and I can see every code in the organization on one screen.

A text lands on my phone the moment a new code gets its first scan. That is how I know the print run actually made it out of the box and onto the wall.

Questions, answered

The things production teams ask us before they print anything. If yours is not here, a real person will answer it.

Still have questions? Talk to us

Nothing has to be reprinted. The printed image encodes an alias that resolves through us, so pointing it at a new action takes effect on the very next scan. Someone who scanned the same bulletin an hour ago and scans it again now lands somewhere different.

Print it once. Change it forever.

Set up your first constellation in about a minute, put it on something that goes to print, and decide where it points from then on.
